Booking Information for Our Tours

  • Tickets for Classic Tours can be booked at least three months in advance. While we aim to release dates up to six months ahead, this is not always possible.
  • Availability for Casting Tours is more variable, as dates may not be confirmed as far in advance. Please check our website regularly for updates.

Ticket Validity & Transfers

  • Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
  • If you need to change your booking, you may transfer your ticket to an alternative date by contacting our Booking Office at least 48 hours in advance on 01509 638 500. While we cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Receiving & Presenting Your Ticket

  • Tickets will be sent to the email address provided at booking.
  • Please either print your ticket or ensure it is clearly visible on your mobile device for scanning upon arrival.

Group Bookings

By using this site or submitting your details via email or other means, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information as outlined in our privacy policy.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancellations by you. However, you may request to reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before your visit by calling 01509 638 500. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule your booking. If that is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Online Security

To ensure a secure online shopping experience, your credit/debit card details are encrypted on a secure server.

We do not store or share card details with third parties. Your personal information is used solely by Our Venue and will not be shared with any other company or third party.
